I have come on such short notice because HR has been rather unsatisfied with your performance
and they have made it clear that I should review your performance reports and decide whether or not to fire you.
Apparently you not only show signs of low productivity, you also do not communicate well with the members of your team.
But I do not want to be dismissive of your opinion, so I would like to hear in your own words why has it come to this.
So tell me, why are you not doing your best at this company? Are we not paying you enough?
